| The French contingient was made up of the
Georges Leygues Class Destroyer Primaguet, and the
Tourville Class Destroyer Tourville. The ships are very
similar in weapon systems. The DCN 3.9 inch water cooled
cannon is carried singularly in Primaguet, while
Tourville Carries 2 mounts. Exocet SSM are carried in
both ships, as are Crotale SAM launchers and torpedo
tubes.Each carries 2 Sea Lynx Helicopters. Striking
ships, and easily identifiable by their large Variable
Depth Sonar sets mounted in the stern. |
